If an order is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact us at support@belvaneau.com and provide:

  • the order number,
  • a brief description of the issue,
  • and photos of the item.

The store will offer either a free replacement or a full refund, in accordance with consumer rights.

Orders can be cancelled by contacting support at support@belvaneau.com before processing. After the order has been processed, cancellations are not possible; In such cases, returns should be processed in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

All orders include tracking. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on monitoring your package will be sent once the order is dispatched.
