Return and Refund Policy
Introduction
This policy explains the procedures and rights regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Consumer statutory rights always apply for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed products. All returns and refunds are subject to the Terms of Service.
Return & Exchange Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Items must be in original, unused, and unwashed condition. All components, accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included and undamaged. Products that are worn, altered, damaged, washed, or customized are not accepted for return. Items showing signs of use beyond an initial inspection are considered non-returnable.
Requesting a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, contact support at support@belvaneau.com within the return window and provide your order number, details of the item(s), reason for return, and photos if applicable. Returns submitted without prior approval will be refused.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an order is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact us at support@belvaneau.com and provide:
- the order number,
- a brief description of the issue,
- and photos of the item.
The store will offer either a free replacement or a full refund, in accordance with consumer rights.
Refunds
Refund approval or rejection will be communicated after inspection. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Exchanges
If you request an exchange, instructions are provided after your request has been approved. Replacement items are shipped once the returned item has been received and approved. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund is issued instead.
Return Shipping
Instructions and return address for returning items will be provided after approval. For defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs are covered by the store. For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. No restocking fees are charged.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled by contacting support at support@belvaneau.com before processing. After the order has been processed, cancellations are not possible; In such cases, returns should be processed in accordance with the steps mentioned above.
Abuse & Fraud Prevention
The store reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if abuse, repeated misuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
