Shipping Costs & Regions
Shipping is available free of charge within the United Kingdom only. No additional shipping charges are applied at checkout.
Order Processing
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before the daily cut-off time (16:00 GMT) will be processed in the same business day.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Estimated transit times generally range from 4–6 days (Monday to Friday). Including processing, the total expected delivery timeframe is approximately 5–9 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Dispatch & Tracking
All orders include tracking. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on monitoring your package will be sent once the order is dispatched.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled by contacting support at support@belvaneau.com before processing. After the order has been processed, cancellations are not possible; In such cases, returns should be processed in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an order is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact us at support@belvaneau.com and provide:

- and photos of the item.
The store will offer either a free replacement or a full refund, in accordance with consumer rights.
Delivery Delays
